Mary works with the board to assure the organization has a long range strategy that achieves its mission. She provides leadership in developing program, organizational and financial plans with the Board of Directors and staff, and carries out plans and policies authorized by the board. Mary is responsible for knowing the significant development and trends occurring and implementing effective strategies for advocating on behalf of the community and migrant health centers with policy makers and federal and state partners.

Abigail is part of the WACMHC leadership team and manages all internal operations, grants and communications. She oversees multiple programs including Training and Apprenticeship, Workforce development, EMP, finance, Outreach & Enrollment and Special Populations. She also leads the organization in new initiatives and special projects.

James leads the development and implementation of clinical quality improvement training and technical support for community health centers (CHCs) that are members of the association. This includes patient-centered medical home (PCMH) recognition and practice transformation, quality improvement to meet clinical performance measures, and the achievement of Meaningful Use.

Executive Assistant to the CEO

Deanna provides comprehensive executive level support to the Board of Directors, committee, leadership team, membership and internal staff by organizing, coordinating, and overseeing special projects. She provides executive administration support to CEO and graphic design to program staff.

Terri provides administrative support to all staff: managing calendars, organizing events, providing technical support for webinars, setting up registration pages and making travel arrangements. She coordinates the Group Purchasing initiative along with the Director of Operations & Special Projects. She updates company directories and maintains the global Outlook groups. She also provides assistance to the Policy team in organizing events and setting up and tracking appointments for Legislative Days. She maintains the flow of day-to-day communication including mail distribution, WACMHC voice mail, WACMHC email, tracks and files contracts, grants and other agreements. She manages the office including processing invoices, credit card reconciliation, ordering supplies, coordinating organization and maintenance of the physical office space, phones, computers and office equipment.
Workforce Development Specialist
Abbie coordinates the state focused workforce initiatives of: maximizing existing state and federal clinical placements, developing pipeline, and assisting CHCs with recruitment needs.
Program Coordinator, Oral & Behavioral Health

This position coordinates the Dental Learning Network, Dental Committee and other collaborative training efforts for the dental clinics located at Community Health Centers in WA State. In addition, the position supports the Behavioral Health Committee and mental health-related projects for WACMHC.

Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator

Patricia supports the efforts of Washington state health centers in their Outreach and Enrollment activities to enroll current patients and community members in health coverage offered through the Affordable Care Act by providing training and technical assistance. She also supports the health centers in providing services for special populations, including Migrant Workers, American Indians, Elderly, Veterans, Public Housing Residents, LGBTQ, Homeless, Refugees and Immigrants.
Gretchen O’Connor, MA
Emergency Preparedness Coordinator

Gretchen provides training and technical assistance to support the emergency preparation of the Community Health Centers. She facilitates equipment purchase, training drills, and coordination among other agencies on behalf of the member CHCs.

Eric is responsible for the cash flow, financial reporting, budget preparation and monitoring for state and federal grants; and the data integrity of the accounting management system. The Accounting Manager insures that funding and financial legal requirements are met, manages external audits, and plays an important role in maintaining low financial risk to the organization. He oversees and manages all business contracts and employee benefits.
