Abbie coordinates the state focused workforce initiatives of: maximizing existing state and federal clinical placements, developing pipeline, and assisting CHCs with recruitment needs.
Program Coordinator, Oral & Behavioral Health

This position coordinates the Dental Learning Network, Dental Committee and other collaborative training efforts for the dental clinics located at Community Health Centers in WA State. In addition, the position supports the Behavioral Health Committee and mental health-related projects for WACMHC.

Heidi is the key contact between the Community Health Centers and WACMHC to
provide training, technical assistance and coaching to clinic staff in the areas of improving clinical outcomes, implementing the Patient Centered Medical Home and continuing to advance Meaningful Use of electronic medical records.

Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator

Patricia develops and implements technical assistance, training and support to Community Health Centers Outreach and Enrollment staff in a project to enroll current and prospective clinic patients in the Affordable Care Act’s Medicaid Expansion and Health Benefits Exchange. She also supports the centers in providing access to care for special populations which include , Migrant and Seasonal Workers, LGBTQ, Public Housing residents, Tribal, Elderly, and Veterans.

Emergency Preparedness Coordinator

Gretchen provides training and technical assistance to support the emergency preparation of the Community Health Centers. She facilitates equipment purchase, training drills, and coordination among other agencies on behalf of the member CHCs.

Kristina is responsible for the finance and accounting procedures including budget preparation, audits and assisting in the preparation of federal and state grants. She oversees & manages all business contracts, agreements, employee benefits and vendor contracts.

Data Project Manager

The lead for data development and Access planning for Washington CHCs. This position supports our membership throughout Washington State through the collection and analysis of information and data relating to member community health centers and the communities they serve. Additionally, supports the work of WACMHC management team in providing information and analysis to its members.
